Meet the Girls

Mat Instructor

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a born-and-raised Montana native with a deep love for the outdoors — whether it’s hunting, hiking, fishing, or simply staying active any chance I get. Fitness has become such an important part of my life, and my heart is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, encouraged, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I want this community to be a place where we can have fun, grow stronger together, build confidence, and support one another every step of the way — all while keeping our faith at the center and praising the Lord through it all. I’m so excited you’re here, and I can’t wait to be part of your journey!

“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

Philippians 4:13 (NIV)

MADDIE

Mat Instructor

Hi, I’m Maddie! I was born and raised in Columbia Falls, where my love for the outdoors, movement, and community first began. Staying active and being involved in sports has always been a big part of my life, and over the years I’ve grown to truly appreciate the connection between physical strength and overall wellness. Through my faith journey, I discovered Pilates as a meaningful way to encourage, serve, and connect with others. My goal as an instructor is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow — both physically and spiritually. I’m passionate about helping others build confidence through intentional movement while sharing my love for Pilates, wellness, and Jesus along the way. I’m so excited you’re here, and I can’t wait to be part of your journey!

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16 (NIV)

Ballet Instructor

Katlyn Wells

Hi, my name is Kaytlyn Wells. I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. My love for dance began when I was just 3 years old, the first time I stepped into a ballet studio, and only grew from there. Dance became a way to express myself and maintain a positive outlook on moving my body. I have always loved working with kids, having often served in preschool ministries and being a nanny for many years. In my spare time I have enjoyed traveling, watercolor painting, hiking and being outdoors, pilates and cozying up with a book in front of a roaring fire. Much of my time is spent growing in my relationship with Jesus and focusing on a career as a Cardio-Phlebotomist. I am dedicated to creating a space in which all kiddos can explore dance freely and learn the basics of ballet while focusing on fun, creativity and a positive body image.  I have such a heart for kids and felt the calling from the Lord to step out in a ‘leap’ of faith to pour into the younger generation in a new way combining my love for kids, Jesus and ballet. My hope is to pass that enthusiasm onto them as well.

“ But grow in grace, knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.”

2 Peter 3:18

Ballet Instructor

alyssa morales

I’m Alyssa Morales, or “Miss Alyssa” to my students. I hold a BFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University and have years of experience training, performing, and teaching dance. Most recently, I’ve taught ballet with the Whitefish School of Ballet, and I also work as an elementary school teacher in Columbia Falls. My own love of dance began in an after-school ballet program, so bringing an accessible introduction to ballet to young dancers in my own community is especially meaningful to me. My teaching focuses on building strong ballet foundations in an encouraging environment where students can grow in confidence, coordination, musicality, and creativity while discovering what their bodies are capable of. I believe dance should be a place where young people can learn, grow, and experience the joy of movement. I’m so excited to share my love of ballet with young dancers in our community!
